The Art of Being Able to Make One’s Own Choices
We are slowing having our free will taken away from us. All because of a Virus called Covid-19. Here is my opinion in this matter.
While I will agree that this virus has caused and will probably continue to cause more deaths, the worst death of all is the death of one’s free will. The death of having choices. Choices in which are slowly being taken from us one by one, little by little.
We, Americans, are being dictated to over a VIRUS. They call it Corona aka Covid-19. If we as a people really stop and think about it the REAL VIRUS is the government. They are controlling our actions, our choices. Over what, a virus.
Over my 53 years here on this planet I have seen some pretty bad things happened. 9–11, West Nile, various strands of the flu, SARS, RSV, and so on. I do care about the well-being of others. However, never have we as a people have had our “freedom of choice “taken away until now.
Here is my question, “WHY? The million-dollar question, so I have heard. I am in no means making light of a bad situation. I am genuinely concerned with how our rights as citizens are slowly being taken away from us. Right out from under us our noses. From the Stay Home, No Social Gathering, Social Distance, mask wearing, and being tested, or having our temperature checked just so we can go places.
Seriously. This is a bunch of crap. Yes, this has been hard on a lot of people, lives have been lost, my prayers go out those who have suffered through this. However, if we as a people look back. We have been through worse outbreaks. The only difference, in my opinion, is how published this VIRUS has been, Every Day, Every Hour.
Personally, I cannot stand to even turn on the television anymore. I would rather sit in silence, but on a CD, work outside, and so forth. Furthermore, I refuse to have my free will taken from me. What is happening to Our Country, Our one Nation Under God?
We have a christen minded President who has done nothing but battle for our Nation, Our America, and has shown us that he will not bow down. He has been persecuted from day one. Remind you if anyone?
Our President has fought for our freedom, has proven to that He will not back down, has tried to act for the Good of Our Country. Congress, on the other hand, is doing their best to keep us confined. We have gone from the right of choice to dictatorship in the blink of an eye. Government fighting against one another verses working together as a whole.
Our President, in my opinion, wants us to remain economically stable while others want us to stay at home. We are essential. We all have responsibilities to pay. Not everyone can afford to STAY AT HOME and not go to Work to avoid contact with others.
So here is my stance on all this. As an Individual, with rights, and free will, I will not sit back and let my life be dictated to me. I will visit, socialize, and not wear a mask. I will stay home if I am sick, just like in the past. I will continue to live my life freely, under the guidelines of my creator. I will continue to follow true laws of this land, the TEN COMMANDMENTS. I will put my faith and trust in God. And most of all I will Defend America my home. I will stand up for my rights and choice of free will. ONE NATION UNDER GOD, IN GOD I WILL TRUST! I will not let my star-spangled banner fall.
